Sherry Loveless, MA
is an ethologist, animal welfare advocate, athlete, and artist whose
digital photographic and photocomposite work addresses natural form in
its most broad idea. She is interested in “the phylogeny of shapes and
meanings” in the structures of environments and bodies of our existence.
She is also Managing Editor at
Synesis: A Journal of Science, Technology, Ethics, and
Policy.
Sherry earned her MA in
Psychology — Animal Behavior and Conservation at the City
University of New York–Hunter College. She
earned her
BBA in Business Administration (magna cum laude)
at the University of Houston with specialist
certification in Entrepreneurship. Her undergraduate studies focused on
business and marketing planning. She also has received formal training
in web design, digital art, and traditional illustration.
In addition to her background in business, marketing, and
administration, she has experience in academic literature search and
review, grant and foundation research, and event and meeting planning.
