Salmaan Dalvi, Ph.D. is the CEO of RCMRegistry, CEO of Global Regenerative Medicine Society, and former Chapter Head of UK GICTC.

In January 2019, Salmaan took the role of CEO of RCMRegistry. He was also the Director of the Cord Blood Program at Precious Cells International between 2013 and 2018, where he strategically planned, developed, and implemented the first Hybrid Cord Blood stem cell program from the ground up, laying out a framework and defining roles that would work with the NHS hospitals in the United Kingdom.
