Luis Gilberto Caraballo, M.Sc. is President at Strategic Futures Institute and Owner at Quadrigent Consultores.
 
Luis is author of the book “Scenario Methodology Techniques” and is author of several scholarly articles in the areas of foresight and strategy. He has taught workshops and consulting for companies in various sectors such as food, aluminum, oil, technology, among others.
 
His specialities include techniques, methods, and methodologies for Prospective and Strategy; Scene Design; Delphi Method; Cross-Impact Method; Meyep Methodology; MICMAC; SMIC; and Project Management.
 
Luis earned his Master’s degree in Project Management at Simon Bolivar University. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering at Simon Bolivar University.
