Dr. John D. Enamait

John D. Enamait, Ph.D., MBA is Dean of the School of Business, Industry, and Technology at Catawba Valley Community College.
 
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Instruction, the Dean has primary authority and accountability for the academic performance of the School of Business, Industry, and Technology. The Dean works with the school’s department heads so that each program maintains high standards. The Dean drives the educational performance of the school, providing leadership, vision, and strategic direction for the school’s curricula, instruction, assessment and improvement initiatives, overseeing professional development for faculty, and supervising the operational and academic management of the School of Business, Industry, and Technology.
 
John earned his MBA at Gardner–Webb University in 2001 and his Ph.D. in Technology Management and Digital Communications at Indiana State University in 2012 with the dissertation The Effect of Password Management Procedures on the Entropy of User Selected Passwords.
